StageReady AV provides corporate audio visual production support — technicians, show operation, and on-site troubleshooting — for meetings, conferences, and executive presentations. Based in Plano, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with nationwide travel available. Labor-focused support that integrates with venue AV, client equipment, or rental partners.
Technical confidence for the person accountable
Your attendees see the presentation.
You see everything that could go wrong.
StageReady AV helps corporate event planners, agencies, venues and production teams close that gap with experienced, hands-on support from load-in through final strike.
What does an AV production support company do?
It supplies the people who run the room: operating audio, video and presentation systems, supporting presenters with microphones, slides and playback, and staying on headset through the program. The work spans load-in and system testing, rehearsal, live show operation, troubleshooting and organized strike.
Corporate AV capabilities
Support built around the show, not a generic equipment list.
Flexible enough to support planners directly and experienced enough to integrate with venue teams, rental partners, agencies and established production crews.
- 01
Corporate meetings and conferences
Reliable technical support for general sessions, leadership meetings, trainings and multi-room corporate programs.
- 02
Executive presentations
Presenter-focused support, playback readiness, microphone checks and calm troubleshooting when the message matters.
- 03
AV setup, operation and strike
Hands-on support from equipment preparation and load-in through operation, breakdown and final room clearance.
- 04
On-site technical support
Active system monitoring, issue resolution and practical decision-making throughout the live program.
- 05
Crew leadership and coordination
Clear direction for technicians, alignment with schedules and disciplined execution across production responsibilities.
- 06
Production logistics
Equipment readiness, inventory coordination, venue communication and schedule support before show day.
Clear scope protects the event.
Every engagement should define the crew, equipment responsibility, access schedule, venue requirements and show-day expectations before load-in.
From the show floor
Rooms prepared. Cues ready.
Conference stages, breakout rooms and control positions from more than a decade of live corporate production work.

Why hire independent AV support instead of relying only on venue AV?
Venue AV serves the building and every group in it. Independent support gives one technician dedicated to your program, accountable to your run-of-show and advocating from the planner's side of the table. It also integrates cleanly with in-house teams, rental partners and agency crews rather than replacing them.
Why StageReady AV
A technical partner who thinks like the planner.
The best AV support does more than operate equipment. It protects the schedule, supports the presenters, communicates clearly and stays composed when the room changes.

Nationwide corporate event support
When a program lands in a city where you have no trusted crew, a traveling AV technician keeps the standard the same. StageReady AV flies to out-of-market conferences, sales kickoffs and executive meetings, arrives ahead of load-in and works with whatever is already in the room — house AV, shipped client gear or a local rental order.
Nationwide AV production support covers general sessions, breakout coverage and presenter care through strike, with a single point of contact for the planner. Production companies and agencies can also book recurring subcontract travel labor for repeat programs. See nationwide AV support.
